Jim was raised in a Pastor's home and accepted Christ as a small child in a tiny church in Wisconsin. He and is wife of 47 years have two children, Brad and Gretchen. They are happily married to Michelle and Tom and between them have given the Grams six wonderful grandchildren. All are serving the Lord.

Jim & Charlotte pastored in Sacramento, CA before a long career of missionary service. They served 5 years in Brazil and over 20 years as missionaries in Southern Africa.

Jim did his Graduate studies in Counseling and he and Charlotte have led many Marriage Retreats/Seminars through the years.

In the past 7 years the Grams have served as Interim Pastors in numerous So. California churches, including 6 months at Crossroads Church in 2007. They love the Lord and love people and are thrilled to be back at Crossroads, working with Scott and Diane Anderson and the team.
