Life is a journey and for most children, it is an adventure! The heart of KidzQuest is to challenge children to come to know Jesus Christ as Savior, continue to grow in the pursuit of knowing God intimately, and trust Him for their lives now and in the future. Thus, inspiring children during their life’s quest, to truly love God with all of their heart, soul, and mind is the vision for children’s ministry at CrossRoads Church.

We believe that children who truly love God:

• Will obey God. — John 14:21
• Will be powerful witnesses for God. — Acts 1:8
• Will be strong through trials. — James 1:12
• Will grow up to be leaders in their world and share God’s heart and passion for lost souls. —  Matthew 28:19-20
• will grow to be “oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor” because of the seeds of faith established and rooted in their hearts. — Isaiah 61:3

To train and develop children’s leaders who are dedicated to and passionate about:

• having a heart for God, His church, and His children.
• partnering with parents in cultivating personal spiritual growth with their children
• providing the best possible care, comfort, guidance, and instruction in the Word of God for children.
• making sure that children are loved, valued, and nurtured in their faith as they become committed followers of Jesus Christ.

KidzQuest Nursery
Delightfully serves our infants and toddlers ages six months up to three years during all services on Sunday morning and Wednesday evening.

Nursery care is also provided for such events as Bible studies, choir practices, and special functions. Children enjoy loving attention from our attendants, age appropriate Bible music, and special playtime in a clean, nurturing environment.

Jr. KidzQuest
Joyfully serves our preschoolers and kindergarteners during Sunday morning services.
Children learn simple Bible stories and principles through storytelling, songs and movement, creative play, crafts, and prayer. Playtime, snack time and activity centers are included as well. Children are encouraged to build relationships with their peers, reach out to others, and grow in their friendship with Jesus through events such as the Fall Family Festival, mission’s giving projects, and giving Christmas gifts to those in need.

KidzQuest
Enthusiastically serves our elementary age children, first grade through sixth grade, during Sunday morning services.
KidzQuest is designed as a kid’s worship service and provides opportunity for children to experience God in a real way through weekly Bible lessons, object lessons, Scripture verse teaching, games, prayer, and altar experiences. Additional opportunities are given for children to participate in mission’s giving projects, giving Christmas gifts to those in need, and service for others. Kids are encouraged to build relationships with their peers, reach out to others, and grow in their friendship with Jesus through events such as Kid’s Camp, Good Morning McDonald's, Kid’s Convention, and the Fall Family Festival.
